These are the people who were in Linwood Park records in 1884, the first year.  There are three lists, The Founders are those who were on various committees or on the board actively planning and starting the Park. The Cottage Builders were those, sometimes the same people, who built cottages the first year. The Lease Holders are those, again sometimes the same people,  who bought leases and paid for them in full the first year. Someone who paid for a lease over time would not be listed. Unfortunately I found no record of the stock holders from the first year. Just because someone is not listed here does not mean they were not there. I am interested in obtaining information about these people. I have some brief biographical material on some of them. Many of them were ministers in the Evangelical Association.
